Enquiries and transport quotations
We process the contact and shipment details you provide to respond to your enquiry, assess the delivery and prepare a quotation. Required fields are marked in each form. Additional cargo information is voluntary; please avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal data. Submitting a form does not sign you up for marketing.
Purposes and legal grounds
Where you contact us on your own behalf before a contract, processing is necessary to take steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For representatives of companies and other business contacts, our legitimate interest is communicating about the enquiry and cooperation (Article 6(1)(f)). Technical anti-abuse measures and establishing or defending claims also rely on legitimate interests. Statutory records are processed where a legal obligation applies (Article 6(1)(c)).
Storage and service providers
The website and enquiry system use Cloudflare hosting and database services. Form notifications are delivered to the company inbox. These providers may process data outside the EEA under their applicable transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required. We do not publish submitted enquiries. Access is restricted to authorised office accounts.
How long we keep data
We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the request and related communication. If cooperation follows, relevant records may form part of contract and statutory documentation. We retain data longer only where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend claims; the appropriate period depends on the type of record. You can ask us to assess whether continued retention is necessary.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable legal basis, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to the address above. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). We do not use enquiries for automated decisions or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects.
Technical information and cookies
Public pages do not load advertising pixels or behavioural analytics. The enquiry form uses a session storage identifier and a payload hash to prevent duplicate submissions after a network error; it does not store the form contents there. Our server uses a pseudonymous IP-based limit to protect the form from abuse. The team portal has separate login cookies and privacy information.
Links and third-party services
Following an email link opens your email application. External map links open Google Maps under its own terms. The public quotation form does not send your shipment or contact details to Google. Any future optional analytics or advertising tools will require an appropriate update and consent controls where applicable.
