01 / THE DELIVERY PLAN
A time critical request starts with a specific requirement: what needs to arrive, where and by when. Warehouse release or an exhibition hall’s receiving slot can be decisive. Before departure, we establish the shipment details alongside the practical arrangements for collection and delivery.
We provide urgent road transport across 17 European countries using Renault Kangoo, Renault Trafic and Volkswagen Caddy vehicles with a gross vehicle weight below 2.5 tonnes. The particular vehicle, its availability and the journey are assessed against the request. Each quote relates to a defined route and shipment.
For manufacturing deliveries, we need the component reference, release time and a contact who can accept it. In automotive work, the shipment may be a part needed by a service centre or workshop. Exhibition deliveries also depend on access instructions, the hall or stand and an unloading slot. These details help us plan delivery to the point where the materials are actually needed.
Vehicle selection depends on package count, weight, dimensions and loading arrangements. We also assess unusually shaped consignments, subject to confirming that they fit the vehicle. Supply the dimensions of the finished package and describe how it is protected. Photographs and the required transport orientation are useful for print materials, display components and delicate parts.
Our road operating area covers Poland, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Czechia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Sweden, Slovenia and Hungary. We confirm the feasibility of an individual journey after checking its locations and timings.
Send a complete address and, for a large factory or event venue, the gate, warehouse or receiving location. Add the receiver’s contact and any time restrictions. If the shipment or route needs particular documentation, tell us before the transport is accepted.
02 / FROM ENQUIRY TO HANDOVER
Provide both locations, the shipment’s ready time and delivery deadline. Describe the goods and include the people we need to contact at each end.
We assess vehicle suitability, availability and the proposed route, then agree the price and transport arrangements for the shipment.
The shipment should be packed and ready at the agreed point. Loading arrangements and the documents travelling with it are confirmed beforehand.
Delivery is completed by handing the shipment to the nominated receiver. Unloading instructions and the required confirmation are agreed when the transport is accepted.
03 / BEFORE COLLECTION
Yes. We assess single consignments and items with unusual dimensions. Send the packed weight and dimensions so we can confirm vehicle suitability and practical loading arrangements.
The route, suitable vehicle availability, shipment size, timing and receiving arrangements all matter. We need precise locations and a description of the goods. The cost scope is agreed before the job is confirmed.
We can assess delivery to a nominated point at the venue. Include the event, hall, stand, arrival booking instructions and unloading hours so we can check access and receiving arrangements.
Send the collection location, ready time and required delivery time. We will check availability and journey feasibility, then confirm what is possible for that specific route and receiving arrangement.
